Your data belongs to you, not us. We don’t resell data about our users or data extracted from uploaded documents. We use data from our users and extracted data for improving our services. Keeping your data safe is our highest priority, and we take extended measures to guarantee data security.

The Long Version
EvaInvoice (hereinafter “EvaInvoice” or “Service Provider”) is committed to protecting the Personal Data of its clients. This Privacy Policy is part of the Terms of Service. Each term defined in this Privacy Policy has the same meaning as in the Terms of Service.

By visiting or registering on EvaInvoice at https://evainvoice.com or any subdomain, you acknowledge compliance with this Privacy Policy, which may be amended from time to time without prior notice. Any modification or update will be uploaded on https://evainvoice.com.

While registering and using EvaInvoice, we collect, on a voluntary basis, limited data, including Personal Data, solely for the performance of EvaInvoice and used in connection with it. This may include:

All provided data, including Personal Data, Imported Documents, and Parsed Content, will not be freely given to anyone. We do not sell your Personal Data or Document Data. Uploaded documents are processed using deep learning and AI, and may be retained for research and development. This processing, under GDPR, is based on legitimate interests of EvaInvoice.

For purposes of the Data Protection Act and GDPR, EvaInvoice acts as the “data controller” for Personal Data and as the “data processor” for Imported Documents and Parsed Content.

3. Third-Party Websites and Services
EvaInvoice may employ services of other parties for certain processes necessary for operation. These providers have access to certain Personal Data and may be located globally.

Data may be transmitted to third parties for relevant marketing purposes at the sole discretion of EvaInvoice.

Upon express request, the Client may transfer Imported Documents and Parsed Content to third-party services (e.g., Google Sheets, Salesforce, Zapier).

If required by law, EvaInvoice may provide Personal Data to legal authorities.

4. Controlling Use of Your Data
You will be given options to restrict our use of your Data, including for direct marketing purposes. You have rights to access, withdraw consent, and request deletion of your data.

5. Security
EvaInvoice takes data security seriously and complies with the latest web security standards. All data is encrypted during transfer, and access is password-protected. Personal data is stored securely and is deleted two months after account closure.
